John 8:31-32(NLT) Jesus said to the people who believed in him, “You are truly my disciples if you remain faithful to my teachings. And you will know the truth, and the truth will set you free.”
Are you a DISCIPLE?
Not only does God want you saved he wants you to be His Disciple. Gods will is that you be His Disciple and Disciple others.
A disciple is someone who remains in Gods Word. Someone who is disciplined in renewing their mind with the Word of God. Someone who’s life reflects the Glory of God. A disciple bears much fruit in life.
What a privilege and an honor it is, to be a disciple of Jesus. When Jesus says to follow me, he is saying I see something in you, a potential to be just like me, and a capacity to do even greater than I. Thats why Jesus says in John 14:12 Whoever believes in me will do the works I have been doing and they will do even greater things than these.
In Matthew 28 19 apart of The Great Commission is to go and make disciples of all nations. This isn’t just talking to the Pastor, this is to every one born again.
Ever wonder why so many christians are in bondage? Bondage is not your portion, you are to walk in complete freedom. It’s time to Make Discipleship Great Again. Let’s get serious about becoming a Disciple and making Disciples.
Many today are satisfied with salvation, knowing they are going to heaven, however there is so much more that God has for you on this earth. Peter was a Fisherman, but God had so much more in store for His Life. Peter answered the call to be a Disciple and he became one of the greatest leaders this world has ever seen!
John 15:18
This is to my Father’s glory, that you bear much fruit, showing yourselves to be my disciples.
A Fruitless life is not your portion. You are too bear MUCH FRUIT.
